Drawing from timeless wisdom and practical meditation techniques, internationl teacher and Buddhist nun Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong will share accessible methods to calm the anxious mind, and navigate life stresses with greater ease. Learn how the powerful tool of meditation can help break the cycle of worry, stress, and tension that affects us. This enlightening event offers valuable solutions for anyone seeking relief from anxiety’s grip. Based on nearly forty years of teaching and practicing meditation, Buddhist nun Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong, senior disciple of the great Buddhist teacher, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition, will guide us into recognizing our potential for a meaningful and joyful life by becoming free from anxiety, worry, and stress. Everyone is welcome. This special event is hosted by Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center, a non-profit organization located in the Oaks Mall, serving the community for 18 plus years.
