2025 North County Economic Study Tour – Round Rock, TX

Join North County Chambers and the San Diego North Economic Development Council on a 3 day, 2 night trip to North Austin, TX to glean economic growth strategies of another suburban area.

Why North Austin?

Austin, TX is among the fastest-growing regions in the US. It boasts a diverse, knowledge-based economy with high-quality K-16+ education. Much of this growth is happening in the northern suburbs of Austin, particularly in Round Rock and its surrounding areas. Join us to discover the similarities between these communities and North County San Diego. Explore their approach to economic and workforce development as suburban cities located in a larger metro area. This will be an opportunity to gain new insights into driving North County’s prosperity while also networking with other North County leaders.
