2025 Phi Beta Sigma Georgia State Conference – Macon, GA

The 2025 Georgia State Conference will be held Macon 13-16, 2025, in Macon, Georgia. The weekend event will feature training sessions and updates from the state, regional, and national levels. Registration ends on February 28, 2025.

Brothers, this year we will be doing something different concerning your conference gift. Once you register, you will get a $25 voucher code. This code will be used for you to go shopping at the selected vendor’s virtual store prior to the conference. This will allow you to have what you want instead of what we think you may want. The following is how the process will work:

• Once you register, your confirmation e-mail will have a coupon code worth $25.
• You will also get the websites of the vendors that will allow you to redeem your coupon.
• You can only solicit one vendor.
• If your total exceeds $25, you will only be charged the difference when you check out.
• You will not be refunded any money of your voucher total that you don’t use, and you won’t have a credit to use later.
• The vendors will have whatever you purchase at the conference.
• There will be a strict deadline that will be in your confirmation as to when you can make an order and it will be available at the conference.
• • Any orders after the deadline, you will be responsible for shipping cost if the vendor does not have it in inventory.
  • If you make your order before the deadline, and the vendor runs out of inventory, they will pay for the shipping.
