Posters can be set up either from 4:30-5:00 PM or from 6:00-6:30 PM.

Poster Session:
Poster Applications from over 60 people were received and selected poster presenters will be notified. Posters are also expected from a diverse array of companies including: Sanofi, Pfizer, Merck, Amgen, Snapdragon, MOMA Therapeutics, Blueprint, and others.
A diverse array of appetizers and beverages will be available at the Poster Session and Networking Reception. Appetizers will include GF, DF, Vegan and Halal options.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED – RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

Parking is available at your own expense. You may find it useful to book ahead. Here’s a few options: The Albany Street Garage (36 Albany St) can be accessed after 2:30 pm at the normal parking rate. The Mass Ave Lot (139 Mass Ave). There are also meters on nearby streets.
