Transformational breathwork is a powerful healing modality that releases stagnant emotions and outdated thought patterns. By working through the nervous system, intentional breathing patterns allow us to access higher levels of consciousness and break through our own limiting barriers. 

There are many breathwork techniques, each one serving a particular purpose. Transformational breathwork is one of the more challenging – serving as a power wash for the spirit. Experienced during the heightened celestial and terrestrial energies of the new moon, this session is both transformational and powerful.
