With the beautiful scenery of the Big Sky area, the Leadership Insitute is excited to host the Winter 2025 Summit! This two night retreat will focus on developing leadership skills and knowledge through small group trainings and connection building activities. This event will be a space for participants to step outside of their comfort zones and engage in a variety of outdoor activites, cooking, games, and art that will contribute to relationship building while deepening leadership identity.
