The Aurora African American Heritage Advisory Board is proud to present the 19th Annual Heritage Dinner, the Crowning Event of Black History Month.
Join us on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the elegant Matrix Club as we convene to celebrate our culture and honor those in our community who are preserving our heritage and moving us forward.
The 2025 Leader of the Year is Michael R. Pegues, Chief Information Officer for the City of Aurora and the Chairman of the Quad County African American Chamber of Commerce.
