The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) selected Robert “Rob” Schadey as the new Executive Program Manager for the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). In this role, Mr. Schadey leads program planning and technical and analytical support related to acquisition, cost management, scheduling, development, deployment, and performance for the NBIS program. Mr. Schadey also implements policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and operational delivery of services throughout the Federal enterprise and integrate NBIS operational capabilities and services.
